AlzheimersM-FAge 50-89 BMI – less than 45. |
Diagnosed with Alzheimers Stable does of FDA Approved Medications for at least 3 months. |
Diabetes Type 2M-FAge 18-80 BMI – less than 45 |
Currently taking Metformin or Metformin ER or Metformin monotherapy at a dose less than 2000QD On metformin IR or ER with an SU – A1c 6.5 – 9.5 |
Depression – MDDM-FAge 18-65 No BMI 4 month Study - 15 visits NonSmokers - 6 months |
Must be on antidepressant at least 8 weeks. Tried at least 1 but no more than 3 antidepressant or more than 6 weeks. Non-smoker for at least 6 months. NON - SMOKERS |
SchizophreniaM-FAge 20-55 years BMI less than 40 4 month study 10 visits |
Stable on medications for at least 8 weeks. Clinically stable, subject has had no psychiatric inpatient hospitalizations, no overnight crisis stabilization/ no ER Diagnosed with Schizophrenia for at least 2 years Have psychiatric care for at least 6 months for Med Records purposes |
SchizophreniaM-FAge 18-64 BMI 12 week Study - 10 Visits |
Must be on only one of the following meds for at least 30days: risperidone, olanzapine or aripiprazole or abilify or zyprexa. Can not have been in a previous research study for at least 90days. Can not be on Prozac. |
